How to Use Our Product for Best Results

Just follow these easy steps to get the best results:

  1. Charge It Up
    Make sure your Sleepi is fully charged before use. About 30 minutes is enough — don’t leave it charging for more than 2 hours to keep it safe.

  2. Turn It On
    Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn Sleepi on. It will start in low-frequency mode, perfect for calming stress, easing anxiety, and helping you sleep better.

  3. Hold It Right
    For the best effect, hold Sleepi in your left hand. This targets the points that support relaxation and sleep. If you want to switch to high-frequency mode (to boost focus), hold it in your right hand and press the power button again.

  4. Adjust Intensity
    If you don’t feel the pulse right away, press the “+” button a few times and adjust until it feels comfortable.

  5. Relax & Rest
    Sleepi will automatically turn off after 20 minutes, so you can just relax and drift off without worrying about switching it off.
