Just follow these easy steps to get the best results:

Charge It Up
Make sure your Sleepi is fully charged before use. About 30 minutes is enough — don’t leave it charging for more than 2 hours to keep it safe. -
Turn It On
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn Sleepi on. It will start in low-frequency mode, perfect for calming stress, easing anxiety, and helping you sleep better. -
Hold It Right
For the best effect, hold Sleepi in your left hand. This targets the points that support relaxation and sleep. If you want to switch to high-frequency mode (to boost focus), hold it in your right hand and press the power button again. -
Adjust Intensity
If you don’t feel the pulse right away, press the “+” button a few times and adjust until it feels comfortable. -
Relax & Rest
Sleepi will automatically turn off after 20 minutes, so you can just relax and drift off without worrying about switching it off.
